Come join us at this year’s 16th Annual Open House - we can't wait to see you!
Open House will be here before you know it, and we are all working hard to make this an exciting event for you to attend. It’s the only event of the year that the farm is open to visitors, and your opportunity to meet all the horses in person! Adults and children alike are always thrilled to be able to actually say hello to a Mylestone horse - pet their neck, pat their nose, feel that wonderful warm breath on their hand. There’s really nothing like it!
You’ll also meet the Mylestone volunteers, stationed around the farm, ready to discuss the individual horses with you, plus there’ll be lots of information available about Mylestone itself. You’ll have a chance to win some fabulous gifts in our silent auction, and find the most delicious baked goods at our now-famous bake sale.
And there’s more! You can shop our Mylestone merchandise table for clothing, mugs, totes, pilsner glasses, beautiful notecards featuring the Mylestone horses and more. Plus shop our wonderful vendors who always bring a great selection of merchandise of all kinds, and visit out Lost Treasure table.
It’s a great day for all! As always, there is never an admission fee, but we do ask if you could bring a can of soup for the hungry in our area. Read all about it here.
We also welcome any contributions you would like to make from our special Open House Wish List. With this many rescue horses, there is always something we need and for which we are also very grateful.
Mark your calendar and check our website for directions and additional details as we get closer to Open House. Never been to Open House? Check out last year's event and get a taste!
Spread the word about Open House! Download our Open House Flyer here, print out and post wherever horse and animal lovers might see it. Help bring more people to meet our wonderful rescue horses!
Important! - Please remember, for everyone's safety, no dogs will be allowed at Open House. The horses are not familiar with dogs and may spook, potentially injuring volunteers, visitors and/or other horses. Thanks for understanding.
Unable to make it to Open House this year, but would love to be here and help the horses? You can still help. Take a look how at you can make a difference.
