Souper Idea for Open House

Our second year of a "souper" idea!

"Make mine all vegetable, please!" says Casey.

Many of the Mylestone horses that we rescued were once starved and know what it’s like to go without food. They are very grateful that they don’t have to worry about going hungry again and want to share their good fortune by helping those who are still fighting hunger.

Sadly, in this country of great wealth, many children and adults don’t know where their next meal will come from. The horses have asked that you bring one (or more) cans of soup per attendee to Open House and help them give back to our community.

The cans of soup will benefit NORWESCAP’s Food Pantry of Phillipsburg which serves Hunterdon, Warren and Sussex counties. Last year, NORWESCAP was overwhelmed with gratitude when we delivered the 275 POUNDS of soup that you donated, and are extremely appreciative that we will help once again this year.

We hope you’ll be inspired by the Mylestone horses’ mission to give back to the community.
