Belmont party guests watching the race and rooting for their favorites.
Rachel Rosenthal and Mark Bellard graciously opened their farm once again on June 7th to host a Belmont Race Party to benefit Mylestone Equine Rescue. Their guests enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of good food, fun games, and a wonderful silent auction, all to benefit the rescue horses.
Our wonderful hosts, Mark Bellard and Rachel Rosenthal.

Mylestone volunteers Kelly Conklin, Dawn Clemente and Sandy Braun manned the Mylestone tent, sharing information and selling Mylestone merchandise. Volunteer Tracy Botros worked with Rachelís friend, Nancy Schechter, to run the silent auction which featured a wide variety of items to benefit Mylestone. Rachelís daughter also drew horse pictures and sold them at the event to help raise money for the horses.
There was a terrific spread for hungry guests on the porch.

This was the biggest attendance to date for the event with close to 150 people. The event was very successful in raising funds to help our rescue horses. We are so grateful to Rachel and Mark, their family and friends who make this event possible and support Mylestoneís efforts!
One of Mark and Rachel's horses had dressed for the occasion with a heart in her coat.
